"À vava inouva"
Is a book of posters that presents the story of Little Red Riding Hood in eight different languages: English, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, and Tamazight. I created these posters using geometric Kofi Arabic calligraphy that I modernized with a unique style that catches the eye. I chose to maintain the same style in all the posters to give a sense of universality, as the story transcends geographic and cultural boundaries and allows us to find common links between human beings.
Inspired by the works of Tania Mouraud and Pierre Charpin, I explored the malleability and plasticity of writing as well as graphic forms to bring this project to life. Tania Mouraud's "Dream" series (2005), which showcases the quote "I have a dream" in 25 languages, influenced my choice to translate the story into different languages. As for Pierre Charpin's book "Avec le dessin," I was inspired by the way the shapes overlap and superimpose, creating an intriguing visual effect.
The "À vava inouva" project thus represents the story of Little Red Riding Hood in a modern way while recalling the morality of the story and the transversality of the human being. Tales have always been used as a method to teach moral lessons and to allow everyone to find universal references. This project reflects our desire to find similarities between cultures and to celebrate the diversity of the world we live in.
In summary, this unique project offers a modern and artistic approach to the traditional tale of Little Red Riding Hood, while highlighting the importance of the universality of literature and the transmission of common values.

Est un livre d'affiches qui présente le conte de Petit Chaperon Rouge dans huit langues différentes : anglais, français, arabe, allemand, espagnol, polonais, roumain et Tamazight. J'ai créé ces affiches en utilisant la calligraphie arabe Kofi géométrique que j'ai modernisée avec un style unique qui attire le regard. J'ai choisi de maintenir le même style dans toutes les affiches pour donner un sentiment d'universalité, car le conte transcende les frontières géographiques et culturelles et permet de trouver des liens communs entre les êtres humains.
En m'inspirant des travaux de Tania Mouraud et de Pierre Charpin, j'ai exploré la malléabilité et la plasticité de l'écriture ainsi que les formes graphiques pour donner vie à ce projet. Le projet "À vava inouva" représente donc le conte de Petit Chaperon Rouge d'une manière moderne tout en rappelant la moralité de l'histoire et la transversalité de l'être humain. Les contes ont toujours été utilisés comme une méthode pour enseigner des leçons morales et pour permettre à chacun de trouver des repères universels. Ce projet reflète ainsi notre désir de trouver des similitudes entre les cultures et de célébrer la diversité du monde dans lequel nous vivons.
En résumé, ce projet unique propose une approche moderne et artistique du conte traditionnel de Petit Chaperon Rouge, tout en soulignant l'importance de l'universalité de la littérature et de la transmission de valeurs communes.
